TATAMI is your match assistant for KARATE competition, Kumite category, under the WKF rules (January 2012, World Karate Federation). An intuitive notepad for the Kansa (match supervisor) as well as a friendly educational tool for the Coach. TATAMI offers 2 simple functions: 1) Easy NOTEPAD for the Kansa (match supervisor) or the Coach to keep track of the Referee's decisions given to the two contestants, essential in case of protest or request from the official table. An easy help for the Kansa to keep track of the score! 2) Automatic DECISION ASSISTANT for the Coach or the Kansa to rapidly consider the 4 judges' decisions based on their flags. A RECOMMENDATION is given to help any new Kansa or new Referee in case of doubt with the application of the new rules wkf (2012); the suggested result is based on a conservative consideration of the flags, ideal for new referees. Reactivity is essential as it can eventually lead to the interruption of the fight by the match supervisor (red flag up to stop the referee). A friendly help for any Karatekas using the new wkf regulations. TATAMI runs both on your iPad and your iPhone/iPod (Universal app).
